This policy explains the information practices of Armonica Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, “Armonica”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with respect to the website (the “Site”) and our related sites, mobile applications or software tools (together with the Site, collectively, the “Services”), defines the privacy options of each of user of the Services (each, a “user”, “you” or “your”) and describes how your information is collected and used by us, the owner and operator of the Services.

By using or visiting the Services, whether or not you create an account with us, you agree to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this policy. Armonica shall have right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise this policy. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised policy on the Site. Currently, we maintain the Services primarily for the purpose of providing information about Armonica to researchers, scientists and others who may be interested in learning more about the products and services we offer or intend to offer. Portions of the Services may also contain features allowing you to contact us to obtain additional information or for other purposes.

This policy applies to all information collected through the Services and any information you provide to Armonica through the Services or any related communication channel. Currently, the only information we collect about users is information that users provide to us through the Services or such a related communication channel.

The Services are not intended for use by children. Armonica will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Services site who are under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the Services or submit any personal information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet and mobile device usage and to help enforce this privacy policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


Armonica may provide or make available to certain users marketing communications such as e-mail newsletters, product and service updates and promotions. Armonica users generally find this type of information useful. Should you choose to not receive such future communications, you can follow the “unsubscribe’” or similar instructions at the bottom of the promotional email sent by Armonica.


We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that Armonica would sell all or substantially all of its assets and business. In any transaction of this kind, customer information, including your personally identifiable information, may be among the assets that are transferred. If we decide to so transfer your personally identifiable information, you will be notified by email or a post to the Site.


The Services may contain links to other websites. Armonica is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site, and to read the privacy statements of each web site that collects personally identifiable information. Some linked sites may be co-branded with our trademarks and those of our business partners. They may have the look and feel of, but the URL in your browser window will indicate that you are visiting a different site. This policy only applies to information collected by Armonica.
